  • Power Vinyasa Flow - traditional Vinyasa flow with rigorous intensity and deep breathing; breath linked with movement and flow; deep stretching.

  • Shakti Yoga - dynamic flow, always moving; tap into your Shakti power and energy; primal, fluid and dance movements included.

  • Yoga Sculpt Fusion - power Vinyasa flow with sculpting exercises, cardio, dancing and primal movements.

  • Fusion Yoga (Bikram & Vinyasa) - traditional Vinyasa yoga infused with Bikram style - including specific poses, longer holds and restorative stretching.

  • Buti Yoga - referred to as movement medicine, Buti offers primal movements, tribal dance, the spiraling technique to ignite Kundalini energy, and shaking for cellular reorganization and the release of trauma in the body.

  • Yogalates - a fusion of traditional Vinyasa flow yoga and classic pilates -both on and off the mat; includes sculpting and light cardio; stretching.

  • HIIT Yoga - warm up and cool down with traditional Vinyasa yoga, and turn up the energy during traditional HIIT segment (High Intensity Interval Training - cardio and strength training -each exercise - 20 sec on, 10 sec rest, THEN 30sec/10sec, THEN 40sec/10sec rest.

  • Yoga & Kickboxing - traditional Vinyasa flow with cardio, kickboxing, boxing and strength training exercises and drills….sometimes we dance :)

  • Pilates (Sculpt & Mat) - Classic Mat Pilates - strengthening and lengthening the body with low impact exercises; Sculpt Pilates - strengthening and toning the body with more intense exercises, both on and off the mat, as well as light cardio

  • Abs A$$tastic - 45 min class focusing primarily on abdominal and glute muscles; working the core foundation of your body to cultivate a strong posture and support the gait of the body.
